
Ecosafi
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing ICT hardware with an analytical mindset toward changing prices in the market
- Onboarding new staff members and supporting existing staff with our tech stack
- Becoming the expert with our inhouse apps and offering proactive feedback regarding staff usage and effectiveness
- Anticipating needs based on observation of staff processes and friction points
- Caring deeply about every staff member’s success and taking pride in knowing your ongoing efforts can help them achieve even better successes
- Any other duties that may be reasonably required from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
- Safaricom API experience and administration interface proficiency
- Android & iOS device management experience for Google Workspace groups and devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills as well as great leadership qualities
- SQL & analytical skills are a strong plus
- Creative thinking
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach to work
- Take ownership of tasksÂ
