About the Role

Moko Home + Living is seeking an experienced Inventory Officer to join its operations team in Nairobi on a full-time basis. • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve variances
• Document inventory movements and prepare reports on stock levels for management review
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods
• Support procurement processes by monitoring stock thresholds and flagging reorder requirements
• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and maintain organised filing systems
• Respond to ad-hoc operational requests and adapt to changing priorities in a hands-on warehouse environment

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management — this is core to the role
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related procurement functions
• Ability to identify problems quickly and develop practical solutions under time constraints
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple stock items
• Capability to work effectively in a high-activity operational setting and adapt to schedule changes
• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and procurement staff
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in supply chain or logistics are advantageous
