Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive client records, follow-ups, and engagement schedules to support retention and cross-selling
• Build and sustain professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Provide accurate information on insurance products, policies, and procedures to prospective and existing clients

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in insurance sales methodologies and sales strategy execution
• Strong track record in customer service delivery and relationship management practices
• Working knowledge of insurance products and industry practices, including insurance brokerage operations
• Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
