Requirements for Appointment:
- Be in possession of a Diploma or Technician Certificate part III in any of the following disciplines; Building Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture or its equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized institution; and
- Be computer literate.
Responsibilities
- Preparing preliminary drawings;
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings in relations to the architect’s sketches and incorporating these details in the preliminary drawings; and
- Maintaining accurate project documentations including drawings, reports and correspondences.
