We are currently seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team based in Mombasa. Ladies are strongly encouraged to apply for this position. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in HR.
- Assist the HR team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Help with the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support in HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Kenya is a plus.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
