Responsibility
- Coordinate recruitment and on boarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address employee queries regarding benefits and policies.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular training sessions on HR-related topics for employees and management.
- Coordinating & Facilitating the Staff Disciplinary Committee meetings/functions including secretarial duties
- Maintain accurate and timely payroll, budget, and HR records Stay informed about industry trends and changes in employment legislation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
