We’re seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. Here’s what the role entails:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices
  • Manage material procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Develop strategic and operational goals
  • Utilize financial data to improve profitability
  • Budget management and forecasting
  • Implement quality control and monitor production
  • Train and supervise staff
  • Find ways to elevate customer service quality

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field

Experience:

  • Proven track record as an Operations Manager
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
