Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices
- Manage material procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse efficiency
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Develop strategic and operational goals
- Utilize financial data to improve profitability
- Budget management and forecasting
- Implement quality control and monitor production
- Train and supervise staff
- Find ways to elevate customer service quality
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Experience:
- Proven track record as an Operations Manager
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Skills:
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership capabilities
