Role Overview:

As a Graphics Designer at Mombo Sacco, your primary responsibility will be to develop compelling visual content that consistently represents our brand identity across all platforms. Working closely with our marketing and content teams, you’ll craft visuals that enhance customer engagement, support marketing efforts, and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the Mombo Sacco brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce materials for campaigns and events.
• Design digital and print assets that enhance social media engagement and member education programs.
• Ensure all graphics are optimized for web and print use, maintaining a consistent and appealing visual brand image.
• Revise and update existing graphic materials as needed.
• Work closely with content creators to visually enhance content effectiveness.
• Design templates for consistency across platforms and materials.
• Innovate in design to reflect emerging trends and audience preferences.
• Brainstorm with teams to deliver impactful design solutions for campaigns.
• Create infographics to convey complex information in an accessible format.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming and strategy sessions.
• Support UI/UX development for digital interfaces where necessary.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in creating static images, GIFs, animations, and videos.
• Ability to integrate AI technologies into design workflows.
• Strong art direction capabilities.
• Creative problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in the above areas is required.
