Program Overview

We are offering a six-month program for entry-level positions that also serves as a comprehensive training initiative. This program is designed to introduce individuals to various facets of our company, allowing them to gain valuable experience and knowledge.

Job Description

Successful candidates will assist in carrying out the following job duties:

1. Aid in various communication-related tasks, including research, web management, campaign coordination, and event management.
2. Provide support in creating and uploading content for online platforms relevant to our operations.
3. Assist in the preparation of presentations, decks, pitches, toolkits, posters, publications, and other visual materials.
4. Collaborate in crafting visually appealing digital and print materials, such as brochures, social media graphics, and presentations.
5. Contribute to maintaining consistent branding across various marketing channels.
6. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to contribute to creative projects.
7. Assist in designing and producing marketing materials for events and webinars.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer ideas for creative concepts.
9. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
10. Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and company objectives.
11. Review and monitor communication channels and metrics associated with projects and initiatives.
12. Create surveys and assist in analyzing and translating results into various communication media/applications.
13. Attend team meetings, prepare minutes, and assist in coordinating follow-up activities.
14. Carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be eligible for this program, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Art, or a related field.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of design principles and practices.
• Awaiting graduation or recent graduates.
• No prior work experience is necessary.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
