Role Overview

Car park attendants play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and maintenance of parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring that all vehicles pay the appropriate parking fees and verifying payment compliance from car owners.
2. Accurately inputting payment information into the system and issuing receipts to customers.
3. Managing monthly clients’ payments at the start of each month.
4. Preparing a comprehensive shift report at the end of your shift.
5. Ensuring the seamless operation of the car park and providing customers with high-quality service and satisfaction.
6. Promptly identifying potential risks, resolving conflicts when possible, and promptly reporting unresolved issues to Management.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications and requirements:

• Possession of a Certificate in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional customer service skills to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic.
• A person of high integrity and ethical standards.
