Qualifications and Requirements
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Educational Background: A Diploma in Front Office Administration, Business Administration, Health Records, or an equivalent qualification is a prerequisite for this role. This educational foundation will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the position.
- Work Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a service-oriented industry. This experience will be invaluable in ensuring that you can effectively meet the demands and expectations of the role.
- Basic Accounting Skills: Proficiency in basic accounting skills is desired for this position. This skillset will enable you to handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records, which are essential in a front office/administrative role.
- Computer Proficiency: As the role involves various digital tasks and responsibilities, being computer proficient is a key requirement. A good understanding of computer applications and software will be essential for carrying out your duties effectively.
- Customer Service Orientation: The ability to provide excellent customer service is a core requirement for this position. You should be dedicated to meeting the needs and expectations of customers, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at all times.
