Position Summary
In the role of a Driver Support Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by providing vital support to our drivers, contributing to the success of our customer-focused operations. This internship offers you the opportunity to develop valuable skills and insights in the realm of customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to drivers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Promptly and professionally address driver inquiries, concerns, and issues.
• Assist drivers with onboarding and account-related matters.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and guide drivers through app and device issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex driver-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and resolutions in our system.
• Stay informed about company policies, services, and procedures to offer drivers accurate information.
• Escalate issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
• Assist in the development and updating of driver support resources and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• Familiarity with vehicles and transport operations is a plus.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and driving experience is a plus.
