Finance Manager at CBRE Excellerate

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on establishing Finance as a value-adding business partner across business units, tenants, property asset management, and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Position Finance as a value-adding business partner for business units, tenants, property asset management, and external clients
• Develop Finance’s influence in business decision-making processes
• Oversee and manage all aspects of Client Portfolio financial function
• Develop systems to meet property owners’ reporting requirements

Decision-Making Authority

• Establish rules and precedents that enable lower-level teams to perform effectively
• Interpret senior management strategy and allocate resources to achieve organizational objectives
• Operate within defined budget parameters and decision frameworks

Education & Experience

• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 5 years relevant finance experience

Technical Skills Required

• SAP proficiency
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Advanced financial calculations and reporting
• Business planning capabilities
• Strong administration skills
• Time management expertise

Knowledge Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of financial policies, procedures, and processes
• Capital expenditure management
• Contract management (leases and suppliers)
• Legal aspects of finance
• Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Budgeting
