Finance & Admin Officer at Eagle HR Consultants – Eagle HR Consultants Kenya Job Details
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing annual financial statements and audits, collaborating with external auditors as needed.
- Manage cash flow and optimize the organization’s financial resources.
- Prepare and document all taxes and their filling within stipulated timelines.
- Manage all daily M-PESA transactions.
- Support the administration of contracts, grants, and other financial agreements.
- Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Provide financial guidance and support to management and staff as needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including office management and logistics.
