Field Operations Supervisor at Romax Security Intelligence Ltd

We are seeking a qualified Field Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee security operations at our clients’ assignments, supervise deployed guards, and ensure adherence to company standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all client assignments to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Oversee guards deployed to various assignments, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct daily reporting on activities, incidents, and the overall status of client assignments.
• Provide continuous training to guards to enhance their skills and performance.
• Introduce innovative techniques to maximize efficiency and security service delivery.
• Oversee guards’ time and attendance, ensuring accuracy for monthly payroll preparation.
• Develop and submit recommendations regarding the hiring, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions of guards.
• Prepare monthly performance and status reports for internal and client review.
• Conduct inspections to ensure company property (e.g., uniforms, tools, communication equipment) on each assignment is well-maintained.
• Perform supervisory activities, including instructing, assigning, and reviewing work; addressing guards’ concerns and resolving field-related issues; implementing discipline, termination, and evaluation procedures where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including first aid and emergency response standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
