Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in agriculture, animal science, or a related equivalent field.
- Significant experience in a farming-related role.
- Additional management experience would be advantageous.
- Strong enthusiasm for agriculture.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Capable of making decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Dairy Farming is a valuable asset.
