Position Overview:

Flutterwave is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales & Integration Engineer to provide support to our Enterprise Clients. As part of this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our company by combining your technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver integrated solutions to our enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding clients’ business needs, designing tailored solutions, and collaborating with both the sales and technical teams to ensure successful integration and deployment. Building strong relationships, offering technical guidance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences will be essential in achieving our sales and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
    • Work with the sales team to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients.
    • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clients’ business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
    • Translate clients’ needs into technical solutions that align with our product offerings.
  2. Solution Architecture:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients.
    • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clients’ business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
    • Translate clients’ needs into technical solutions that align with our product offerings.
  3. Integration and Implementation:
    • Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical workshops.
    • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of proposed solutions.
    • Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
  4. Technical Expertise:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients.
    • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clients’ business requirements, challenges, and objectives.

  5. Relationship Building:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, systems integration, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and participate in industry events.
