Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly content plans for marketing campaigns while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Implement digital marketing strategies and plans.
- Generate campaign concepts to enhance positive brand awareness.
- Create imaginative visual solutions, managing the entire process from concept to production.
- Research market trends, target audiences, competitors, and end-to-end consumer journeys to boost engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce online and offline marketing materials, including emails, social media ads, videos, and photography assets for content marketing.
- Lead creative projects such as photo and video shoots for product advertisements, including on-set management.
- Analyze digital data to provide key recommendations for website optimization.
- Perform social media audits to ensure the use of best practices.
- Maintain digital dashboards for multiple accounts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to devise effective marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to drive innovation and optimization.
- Manage and uphold our online presence, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all digital channels, including overseeing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
- Prepare and send out customer emails.
- Provide prompt resolution to any arising issues.
- Possess a functional understanding of the product, capable of effectively communicating its value proposition to customers and colleagues.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and analyze marketing surveys.
- Utilize online marketing analytics to gather insights from web and social media platforms.
- Update databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
- Create promotional presentations and coordinate promotional events.
- Craft and publish online content for the company’s social media pages and website.
- Write marketing content for company brochures and press releases.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of one year of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, showcasing creativity and innovation in business.
- Quick learning ability and adept workload management in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication skills with acute attention to detail.
