Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate the assignment of daily field work schedules and task allocation for field teams
- Update and maintain both internal and external field cases within the company’s ERP system with accurate and timely information
- Contribute to the preparation of regularly scheduled field reports and performance documentation
- Support customers who visit the office regarding repossessed units held in the yard, including responding to inquiries and negotiating payment arrangements
- Submit, review, and reconcile field expense reports to ensure accuracy and policy compliance
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information in response to requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Generate field letters and other correspondence within the system as required by the collections process
- Handle day-to-day administrative challenges and resolve operational issues promptly
- Upload product photographs and vehicle images to external platforms including Jiji, car portals, and Facebook
- Conduct external asset valuations and document findings
- Update pricing and discount information on Jiji and automotive portals
- Create and issue DCAC invoices as part of the collections workflow
- Coordinate and execute auction processes, including announcement of auction results to successful bidders
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to organize work tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Understanding of company operations, organizational structure, and reporting lines
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professional conduct in all duties
- Ability to handle confidential company and customer information with discretion and accuracy
