Purpose of the Job
This position is responsible for data entry, data analysis and data management.
Requirements-Job Specification
- Diploma in ICT from recognized Institution
- Minimum one year working experience in the same field
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Communication/Interpersonal, problem Solving and Organizational skills, Ability to work under pressure
- Team Player
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in data entry and processing
- Keeping and maintaining exam records.
- Assisting in admission of students
- Assisting analysis of students data
- Attending to students querries
- Compiling of statistical records based on routine or special sources of information.
- Preparation of reports, documents and correspondence
- Keying in students marks.
- Assisting in Photocopying and duplicating documents
- Sorting, grading, folioing and Filing documents
