Position Summary

The role involves the responsibility of collecting, organizing, and analyzing healthcare data to facilitate effective healthcare management. Data Analysts are expected to communicate their findings to management, contributing to informed decision-making in the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compile and organize healthcare data efficiently.
2. Analyze data to support optimal healthcare management and decision-making processes.
3. Utilize healthcare data to meet administrative requirements and achieve organizational goals.
4. Proficiently handle data storage and data sharing methods.
5. Investigate data to identify patterns and trends relevant to healthcare operations.
6. Develop a deep understanding of healthcare business operations.
7. Utilize various data sources for comprehensive analyses.
8. Transform data into user-friendly, understandable information.
9. Create reports and presentations to communicate analytical insights effectively.
10. Collaborate with management to convey findings and contribute to decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, BSc. Science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in database programming languages, particularly SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data management applications.
• Proficiency in managing electronic medical records.
• Possess an analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
