Customer Service Specialist at Elex Products Ltd

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Offering excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
• Manage communication with both internal and external customers
• Implementation of the set policies and procedures
• Contribute to the growth of sales through walk-in customers and telesales
• Prepare sales data analysis and customer feedback reports
• Track outstanding invoices, send reminders, and escalate overdue payments as needed.
• Prepare basic financial summaries or expense reports.
• Maintain a high level of discretion when handling financial and company-sensitive information.
• Any other duty as allocated by the supervisor.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision
• Discretion and professionalism in all interactions
• Work with deadlines
