Role Description

Investment Advisory/Customer Support for Retail Clients to open accounts, conduct Know Your Customer/Anti Money Laundering checks, provide investment advice and execute transactions on their behalf

Reports to

Head of Customer Service

What are we looking for

A candidate who understands capital and financial markets, has excellent oral and written skills, experience working in customer service and can provide investment advice to retail clients across of range of asset classes including fixed income, equities, cash and unit trusts.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar

Qualifications

• Min 1-2 years of industry experience in investment banking, brokerage, investment advisory or fund management
• Excellent quantitative, oral, written, analytical and reporting skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of asset classes, risk management and financial markets
• Experience working in a regulated environment (preferred)
• CISI I and II (preferred or willingness to get the qualification)
• ICIFA member (preferred or willingness to get the membership)
