Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Delight Officer located in Nairobi. The Customer Delight Officer will manage customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience. Daily tasks include providing customer support, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and improving overall customer service and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
• Expertise in enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous experience in the cleaning industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
