Customer Care Officer Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for patients.
• Listen to and address the concerns and questions of parents with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide a seamless patient experience.

Customer Care Officer Qualifications
