The Intern will collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Multimedia Content Producer to craft content across various communication channels, supporting both internal and external initiatives. A key focus for the intern will be leveraging their adept graphic design abilities to create visually engaging content that fulfills user requirements through their grasp of visual hierarchies, page layout techniques, and interactive designs.
- Aid in generating captivating content for internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and social media content.
- Produce visually appealing graphics and videos using a variety of design and video editing tools.
- Work together with the communication team to devise and implement communication strategies for effective brand promotion.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Handle social media communities by responding to posts and direct messages.
- Contribute creative concepts during brainstorming sessions to enhance communication endeavors.
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitors to bolster communication strategies.
- Support the Social Media Manager in tracking and analyzing social media metrics, offering insights and recommendations for performance enhancement.
- Schedule and publish social media posts in alignment with content calendars and campaign schedules.
