This dynamic role is for a data-driven problem solver who thrives on uncovering insights from complex data. You’ll collaborate closely with the Delivery Operations and Technology teams to tackle ad-hoc data analysis requests and adapt existing product reports to address specific project needs. Your work will directly inform decision-making, optimize project performance, and identify key areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Dive into ad-hoc data requests: Analyze project data using SQL, Python, and other tools to answer critical questions, solve immediate problems, and support proactive decision-making.
• Bridge the gap: Partner with Project Managers and Delivery leaderships to translate their data needs into actionable insights, adapt existing product reports, and design custom data visualizations.
• Proactive problem-solving: Identify potential risks and opportunities through data analysis, anticipate future needs, and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
• Collaborative spirit: Work closely with Engineering teams to enhance existing data pipelines and reports, ensuring efficient access to relevant data for both your ad-hoc requests and adaptations.
• Communicate effectively: Present clear and concise data insights to diverse stakeholders, using compelling visuals and storytelling to drive informed action.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn new data analysis techniques and stay updated on industry trends to ensure your skills remain relevant and impactful.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, business intelligence, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, dbt, etc.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross cultural
• Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Experience in a project management environment is a plus.
