Cashier at Mama Rocks Burgers – Mama Rocks Burgers Kenya Job Details
- Taking orders at the counter and assisting guests.
- Billing correctly and processing change promptly and correctly.
- Multi-tasking / Acts as a hostess when necessary
- Dispensing orders from the counter station.
- Ensuring take-away orders are dispensed promptly and correctly.
- Assists in service operations e.g. folding serviettes, cutlery , specials, counter set ups, checking and cleaning menus, take away packaging.
- Ensuring there is enough change at all times
- Ensuring the minimum cash float is maintained at the cash till for safety purposes.
- Ensure cash is placed in the drop box safe – well recorded, labeled and sealed.
- Answer the phone, for take away orders or any other business correctly and fast / Telephone etiquette to be observed.
- Ensure all take away phones and tablets are well charged and functioning.
- Maintaining shift float money and ensuring no shortages
- Ensures all bills are settled and correct change given
- Assist at the barista counter or in the restaurant when the need arises
- Assist in food dispatch and coordination.
- Has to be well versed in menu and product knowledge
- Carry out any other task as may be instructed by superiors
