Structure of the Graduate Program

As a Graduate Program Associate, you’ll have the chance to explore various business divisions within our organization, such as Fresh Food, E-commerce, Store Operations, and Merchandising. Through rotations in different roles spanning 10 to 12 months, you’ll gain exposure to diverse aspects of the grocery retail industry. This will help you uncover your potential and interests while contributing to our business goals.

During each rotation, you’ll be responsible for learning and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and technical skills relevant to the specific role. Our comprehensive performance evaluation process will measure your progress against these benchmarks, ensuring continuous growth and development in your career.

Throughout the program, experienced business leaders will support and mentor you, enhancing your professional journey. Their expertise will guide you as you navigate various divisions and roles, providing a holistic understanding of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in rotational assignments across different commercial divisions, including Fresh Food, E-commerce, Store Operations, and Merchandising.
  • Learn and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and technical skills tailored to each role rotation.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Marketing, or related disciplines).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, applying critical thinking in practical situations.
