We’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven Call Center Manager to lead our sales, collections, and retention operations for a key digital lending product. This role is a critical driver of our revenue growth and customer success.

As the leader of our Nairobi-based call center, you will:

  • Own the full call center strategy—from sales conversion to customer retention
  • Manage high-performing teams across sales, retention & collections, and quality assurance
  • Use data and insight to design playbooks and improve performance
  • Champion operational excellence and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver on commercial goals
