Reports to: Head of HR, Admin & IT
Role Summary
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office by handling day-to-day office management tasks and capable in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain accurate records of petty cash and office related expenditures
- Support the Finance team with filing, documentation and data entry
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and incoming calls
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment
- Manage inventory and procurement of stationery, kitchen supplies and hygiene items
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport
- Maintain travel schedules, bookings and relevant documentation for the staff and sub-contract
- Prepare meeting rooms and handle meeting logistics, including refreshments and supplies while taking detailed minutes
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events to support various projects and initiatives
- Any other duties as assigned by management within the scope of the position
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Basic knowledge of book keeping
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
