1. Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

Job Description

• Oversee food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars and banqueting.
• Supervise staff, manage budgets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and maintain service standards.
• Organize and manage events and tournaments.
• Manage clubhouse bookings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in F&B management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and financial management skills.

2. Head Chef

Job Description

• Lead kitchen operations and menu development.
• Supervise cooks and ensure food quality, hygiene and consistency.
• Develop innovative dishes and manage kitchen inventory.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior kitchen role.
• Creativity, discipline and proven leadership skills in food production.

3. Bartender – Male/Female

Job Description

• Provide bar service, including preparation of cocktails, wines and beverages.
• Engage customers professionally and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and manage stock levels at the bar.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Bartending.
• At least 2 years’ experience in bar service.
• Good knowledge of beverages and excellent communication skills.

4. Cooks – 2 Posts

Job Description

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Head Chef.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Support menu execution and daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Food Production.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.

5. Waiter/Waitress

Job Description

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage table orders.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in dining areas.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Hospitality or Service Training.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
• Pleasant personality and ability to work under pressure.

6. Golf Course Groundsman

Job Description

• Carry out golf course maintenance, landscaping and general upkeep of the turf.
• Operate irrigation systems and maintain course presentation standards.
• Support preparation for tournaments and daily golf play.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Horticulture, Landscaping or a related field.
• Experience in groundskeeping or turf management.
• Ability to operate grounds equipment and maintain high standards.
• At least 5 years’ experience operating tractors and other farm machinery.

7. Golf Admin

Job Description

• Provide administrative support for golf operations.
• Handle bookings, member communication and tournament coordination.
• Maintain records and assist with reporting.
• Update and manage membership records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sports Science or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication and IT skills.
• Previous experience in sports or club administration is an advantage.
