LINTONS is Hiring for the Position of Assistant Accountant – Payables
Assistant Accountant Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare remittance advice, and vouchers, and conduct supplier reconciliations.
- Manage supplier accounts, including account opening, filing unpaid invoices, and posting unpaid invoices.
- Ensure proper filing of all documents related to account payables.
- Record non-supplier creditors in the system.
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Finance.
- Possess CPA K or CIMA qualification.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Finance.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.
- Ability to scrutinize the accounts payable function and offer solutions for continuous system improvement.
