Operations Customer Expert (Customer Service Representative)

Job Purpose

The Operations Customer Expert will provide timely, accurate, and professional customer support across multiple communication channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to service standards and operational guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently in line with established procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.

  • Provide clear and correct information by maintaining strong product and service knowledge.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution and service delivery.

  • Update customer databases and prepare status reports on customer service activities.

  • Conduct data entry and basic research to support troubleshooting and case resolution.

  • Identify service gaps and provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role.

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy or higher.

  • C1 level English proficiency with strong grammar skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and related IT tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.

  • Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including day and night schedules.
