Front Office Executive

Job Type: Full Time · Location: Nairobi · Experience: 1–2 years
Role Overview: First point of contact for patients/visitors; keeps reception efficient and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register patients per hospital protocols; guide them to departments

  • Handle calls/emails promptly and escalate appropriately

  • Manage appointments, billing, and daily billing summaries

  • Process payments (cash, cards, M-PESA) and insurance pre-authorizations
