Senior Executive – Administration at iSON Xperiences Limited

Reports To: Admin Manager / Head of Operations
Job Purpose

• The Senior Executive – Administration will be responsible for managing and maintaining all electrical infrastructure and administrative facilities within the organization.
• This role ensures the effective operation, maintenance, and safety of electrical systems, power supply units, and related equipment, supporting seamless business continuity across all offices and data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of low voltage panels, automatic changeover panels, and electrical switchgears.
• Manage and maintain industrial UPS systems and batteries to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
• Supervise works related to AVR, transformers, substations, and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain diesel generators, including periodic servicing and load testing.
• Implement and maintain earthing/grounding systems and power circuit installations in line with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and facility management teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support procurement processes for electrical equipment and maintenance services.
• Prepare technical and administrative reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations related to electrical operations.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent from a reputable institution.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing electrical works in a medium to large organization.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, UPS, and generators.
• Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems, earthing, and power distribution.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment.

Skills:

• High attention to detail, organizational ability, and goal orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
