Program Characteristics/Scope

• A rotational talent development program
• 2 years in different disciplines, 3 or 4 assignments
• Contributing to purpose driven projects and taking responsibilities from day 1
• Participants will have access to senior leaders and will be assigned to a mentor to support their career journey

Who are you?
As an ideal candidate you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering. Biomedical Technology, Medical Science and Technology or Medical Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology & Molecular Biology
• At an early stage in your career: 0-2 years relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge in clinical lab work and /or research lab work
• Familiarity with mechanical or electrical engineering and biomedical instrumentation
• Eagerness to work with diverse cultures
• Passion for learning new things and high degree of integrity and courage
• Excellent communication and innovation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Proficient in English
