Program Characteristics/Scope
- A rotational talent development program
- 2 years in different disciplines, 3 or 4 assignments
- Contributing to purpose driven projects and taking responsibilities from day 1
- Participants will have access to senior leaders and will be assigned to a mentor to support their career journey
Who are you?
As an ideal candidate you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering. Biomedical Technology, Medical Science and Technology or Medical Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology & Molecular Biology
- At an early stage in your career: 0-2 years relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge in clinical lab work and /or research lab work
- Familiarity with mechanical or electrical engineering and biomedical instrumentation
- Eagerness to work with diverse cultures
- Passion for learning new things and high degree of integrity and courage
- Excellent communication and innovation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient in English
