Job Description: Waiters and Waitresses

Job Summary: Smoky’s The Pitmasters is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented waiters and waitresses to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will provide excellent service to our patrons, ensuring a memorable dining experience at our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid ID card
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
