Telesales Representatives – eMobility-Nairobi at M-KOPA Solar

What You’ll Do

• Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers and pitching M-KOPA Mobility products including motorbikes
• Engaging existing M-KOPA customers to cross-sell additional products tailored to their needs
• Following up on customer commitments to ensure successful sales closure and fulfilment of agreed terms
• Meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets while maintaining high conversation quality
• Ensuring all calls comply with established quality standards, call scripts, and compliance guidelines
• Maintaining talk time benchmarks to drive productivity and efficient use of calling hours
• Identifying and escalating customer concerns or objections to ensure timely resolution

Expertise

• Prior call centre or BPO experience
• Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
• A results-oriented, self-driven approach with the ability to multitask
• Comfort working with CRM systems
• Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools
