Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide executive support to the CEO and deliver HR and Administrative support across the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and professional management of key organizational functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO, HR function, and management team
  • Coordinate office administration activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Support HR administrative processes including staff records management, onboarding coordination, leave tracking, and training logistics
  • Receive, record, and distribute official correspondence, packages, and documents
  • Organize meetings, prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action points
  • Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general office records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and schedules for the CEO’s office
  • Handle telephone calls, visitor reception, and stakeholder enquiries professionally
  • Support internal and external communication with staff, clients, and service providers
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining office administration and HR procedures
  • Handle administrative requests and provide general office support to staff and management

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution
  • At least two (2) years’ relevant experience in administration, executive support, or human resource support
  • Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) or a relevant professional body (added advantage)
