Sales Attendant at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Attendant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers politely and professionally
• Provide accurate product information and support purchasing decisions
• Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets
• Process sales transactions (cash, card, mobile payments) accurately
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Safeguard stock, prevent losses, and ensure proper stock handling
• Operate POS systems and ensure proper cash handling and daily banking
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Comply with company policies, procedures, safety, and security regulations

Requirements

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in retail sales
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Integrity, honesty, and accountability in handling cash and stock
• Friendly, professional, and presentable personality
• Ability to work flexible shifts
