The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions is recruiting for an Office Administrator II in Nairobi. Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies from KNEC or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
- Typewriting III certification at 50 words per minute minimum
- Shorthand III certification at 100 words per minute minimum
- Business English III or Communication II qualification
- Commerce II, Office Management III, or Office Administration and Management III certification
- Secretarial Duties II and Office Practice II qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications and office software
- Membership of the Kenya National Secretaries Association
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010
