- Completion of a Senior Management Course of at least 4 weeks’ duration required for Principal-level positions
- For administration positions, certification in Computer Applications is necessary; Principal Office Administrator role also requires a Certificate in Secretarial Management
- Administrative Officers Examination qualification is required for the Principal Administration Officer role
- Candidates must possess verifiable professional experience in administration, facilities management, or human resource functions
