About the Role

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent qualification.
• KCSE certificate with a minimum grade of C.
• At least one year of previous work experience, preferably in retail or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
