General Requirements

Senior Designer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in design or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional design experience with a demonstrable portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation software
• Demonstrated understanding of brand systems, visual guidelines, and consistency principles
• Experience working within in-house creative teams in corporate or professional settings
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance creative vision with business objectives

Strategy Intern Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (recently completed)
• Competency in Excel financial modelling and spreadsheet analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
