Key Responsibilities
- Address customer questions via phone, email, social media, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings, providing accurate product and service information
- Manage customer complaints with professionalism and work towards resolution within agreed timelines
- Track customer requests, follow up on outstanding issues, and maintain records in company databases to ensure satisfaction levels remain high
- Oversee the company’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp Business
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across digital channels, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to messages and comments promptly
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities designed to generate leads and support business objectives
- Analyze performance data from marketing efforts, prepare reports on results, and recommend improvements to strategy
- Work alongside sales and internal teams to support customer retention activities and ensure a coordinated experience across all touchpoints
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Sales and Marketing, or a closely related discipline
- A minimum of two years’ professional experience in customer service, sales, digital marketing, or a comparable position
- Proven track record managing social media platforms and running digital marketing campaigns (an advantage but not essential)
- Solid grasp of customer engagement best practices and how digital marketing strategies drive business results
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Capability to create engaging content, write persuasive copy, and tell compelling brand stories
- Comfort with multitasking, prioritizing competing demands, and performing under pressure; basic graphic design knowledge is beneficial
