About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through product selection of alcoholic beverages and complementary items
• Deliver consistent customer service and provide informed product recommendations based on customer preferences
• Process transactions using the point-of-sale system and handle cash payments with accuracy
• Replenish stock on shelves and arrange products to meet display standards
• Track inventory levels throughout the shift and report any shortages to management
• Keep the store premises clean, organized, and ready for the following business day
• Verify customer age before completing any alcohol sales in compliance with legal requirements
• Address customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Assist with opening and closing procedures specific to the night shift

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a closely related field
• 1–2 years of prior experience in retail sales, ideally within the alcoholic beverages sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers
• Proven ability to work independently and maintain productivity during night shift hours
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy
• Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and customer-oriented work ethic
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverage brands and product categories (preferred)
• Competence in inventory management and tracking (preferred)
