Open Positions

Steel Fixers — 10 Positions

• Fabricate and install steel reinforcement in structural applications according to design specifications
• Measure, cut, and bend steel bars and mesh for concrete reinforcement work
• Ensure proper positioning and spacing of steel elements before concrete pouring
• Collaborate with site supervisors to meet structural and safety standards

Welders (Arc and Gas Cutting) — 20 Positions

• Perform arc welding and gas cutting operations on metal components and structures
• Prepare metal surfaces and joints for welding to meet quality standards
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet specification requirements

Carpenters — 20 Positions

• Construct and assemble wooden structures, frameworks, and formwork for construction projects

• Finish tiled surfaces with grout and sealants according to industry standards

Masons — 20 Positions

• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and stone according to architectural drawings and specifications
• Prepare and apply mortar, ensuring consistent joint thickness and durability
• Build structural and decorative masonry elements for buildings and infrastructure
• Maintain quality standards and site safety throughout construction phases

General Requirements

• Current NITA (National Industrial Training Authority) credit or certification in your respective trade is mandatory
• Qualification at BA/BSc level, HND, or Professional Certificate in a related construction or engineering discipline
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in your trade field
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Physical fitness and capability to work on construction sites
