Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management standards.
- Solid understanding of banking products, credit facilities, and financial solutions relevant to SME, retail, and corporate clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven ability to convert prospects into customers.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Capability to analyse client needs, identify solutions, and manage multiple accounts independently.
